Application
This privacy policy (the "Policy") applies to each and every person who uses the Site. All users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the contents of the Policy. Use of the Site shall constitute deemed knowledge of and consent to the terms of this Policy.
The Site is intended for use only by residents of British Columbia, Canada.
Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to inform users of the Site of the following:

Data Collected
When users visit and use the Site, we may automatically, or upon the user undertaking certain actions on the Site or entering certain data into form fields on the Site, collect and store certain information, which may include but is in no way limited to:

Payment Data
PGNFC uses Stripe Inc. ("Stripe") services for payment processing purposes. User payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. Users can access Stripe's privacy policy here:

All users making any payment on the Site should review Stripe's privacy policy. PGNFC is not responsible for Stripe's policies or their use, storage, and securing of user data. Users should periodically review Stripe's policies for any changes which may affect the collection or use of their data.
The data that Stripe collects, and the uses thereof are subject to change from time to time. This data may include, but is no way limited to:
Transaction Data and Information, including names, emails, billing and/or shipping addresses, payment methods such as credit or debit card numbers, bank account information or payment card image, merchant and location, purchase amount, date of purchase and details of what was purchased, phone numbers, tax related identification, user's purchase history with PGNFC, certain web-browsing information, usage data, referring URLs, location, cookies data, device data, and identifiers; and
Verification Information, including a user's age, government identification, photo, live image, and personal data relating to payment, including user's names, contact information, bank account information, payment card number, CVC, and expiry date.
Stripe collects the aforementioned data for the purposes of tracking user preferences and ensuring the security of their payment processing system. This data is stored in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy.

Survey and Form Data
We may, from time-to-time, issue surveys and forms that solicit the input of User's personal information. These surveys and forms may be used for registration in various programs, including our food bank and back to school programs, and any other purpose that may arise in the conduct of our organization.
By completing these surveys and forms, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of all data entered thereto.
PGNFC uses Microsoft Forms for the purpose of conducting surveys. User's can access Microsoft's privacy policy here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/privacy/privacystatement User data collected through forms and surveys will be stored by Microsoft in accordance with their privacy and data security policy.

Hosting
The Site is hosted by Squarespace and all pertinent User data is collected and stored on their platform.
By using the Site, you consent to our use of Squarespace for the collection and storage of the collected data.

How We Use Personal Data
Data collected on the Site will only be used for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as otherwise indicated on the Site. We will not use user information or data for any other or improper purpose.
PGNFC intends to use User data exclusively for the purposes of conducting payments and registration in PGNFC programs.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, data collected in accordance with the Policy may be used:
To research and better understand user needs;
To improve our services, products, and offerings;
To produce and issue promotional materials which will better meet user needs;
To contact users in order to conduct market research;
To customize our website according to user behaviour and preferences;
To store data for user's subsequent use of the Site; and
For any other marketing, data collection, or user experience uses that we elect to undertake, without limitation.
Who We Share Personal Data With
Employees, Agents, and other Representatives
PGNFC may share or disclose user data to any employee, officer, contractor, agent, or other representative who reasonably needs access to use data to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy.
Other Disclosure
PGNFC will not sell or share use data with any other party, except in the following cases:
If required by law or in the course of any legal proceeding;
As required to advance any legal claim, or to protect the legal rights of PGNFC;
To any potential business partner that reasonably requires the disclosure of user data in the course of or prior to entering into a business engagement with PGNFC; and

PGNFC is not responsible for and has no control over the privacy policies and practices of any other website or organization, including those which may be reached through hyperlinks from the Site.
How Long We Store Personal Data
Data collected and stored under this Policy until the purpose for the collection of that data has been achieved.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
PGNFC will undertake all commercially reasonable efforts to protect user data and will use industry standard security measures to affect this.
While PGNFC will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, they do not in any way guarantee the safety of user data. Various security risks exist online which may impact the security of user data. These risks are beyond the control of PGNFC, and as such they make no guarantees as to the security of user data, and all users use the Site solely at their own risk, the existence of which is deemed to be acknowledged and accepted through the use of the Site.
PGNFC is not responsible for the protection of data that is stored by any of the third-party providers indicated in this Policy.
Children's Information
PGNFC does not knowingly collect the personal data of any individual under the age of thirteen (13). If PGNFC becomes aware that they have collected personal data of an individual that is less than 13 years of age, they will delete that data as soon as reasonably possible. If PGNFC has collected any data about an individual under 13 years of age, a parent or guardian of that person may request its deletion by contacting PGNFC at the contact listed above.
How to Access, Modify, Delete, or Challenge the Data Collected
Any user who wishes to know if PGNFC has collected their personal data, how PGNFC has used their personal data, if PGNFC has disclosed their personal data and to whom, or if they would like PGNFC to delete or modify their personal data, they may contact PGNFC's Privacy Officer at the contact first written above.

Applicable Law
The law applicable to this Policy is the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, SC 2000, c 5 and the Personal Information Protection Act, SBC 2003 c 63.
