Programs and services offered
Gain cultural skills and experiences through workshops with facilitators and activities with elders! Learn about money management, nutrition and work towards your drivers license!
Basic training designed to facilitate entry into the labour force. BladeRunners empowers youth to make informed, positive, and healthy choices for themselves and their future, therefore empowering youth to become confident, independent, self-sufficient and successful.
Companies from all sectors of industry throughout British Columbia provide employment opportunities for participants and the ultimate goal is for them to gain sufficient skills and experience that will translate into a long-term attachment to the labour force.
All BladeRunners Participants are offered First Aid L1 and WHMIS training that are required on most job sites, and they will also receive training that is student based in their chosen career path such as:

Occupational Health and Safety
Job Readiness
First Host
Fall Protection and Confined Spaces
Resume and Cover Letter development
Interview skills
Navigating online job portals
