About

  • This program is a residential program for young adults making the transition from government care to adult life

  • Provide support in everyone’s life plan meeting them where they are at in their journey

  • Provide a safe and inviting environments for all residents who reside within the building

Programs and services offered

  • Our programs are based on what our residents need and want, they vary from week to week

  • Cultural Connection worker onsite

  • Health & Wellness worker onsite

  • Recreation Worker onsite

  • Multiple Life Skill Workers onsite 24/7

Who can access these programs and services

  • We work with young adults who are members of certain nations and are under the direction of one of the following delegated agencies; Nezul Be Hunuyeh and Carrier Sekani Family Services.

  • Had to have been in the care of the government for 24 months or more in their lifetime

How to access services

  • Must be referred by a Social worker

  • Admission is determined by a selection committee
